How to unlock iCloud locked Apple iPad 2, 3, 4, iPad Air and Air 2, iPad mini 1, 2, 3, 4, iPad 12.9 and 9.7



This method will help you bypass iCloud on locked iPads. At this moment it works with Apple iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air,  iPad mini,  iPad mini 2, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Pro 9.7 which is locked by service iCloud. Steps

  • Launch JCRepair tool 
  • From JCRepair select iPad model.
  • Put the device into DFU mode.
  • Press connect Button.
  • Put the iPad into Purple screen mode by pressing Purple Screen Button .
  • In JCRepair Click Nand Repair.
  • Change the serial number of the device to a new one (Clean).
  • Write Wi-Fi and Bluetooth address.
  • Do restore firmware from iTunes or 3utool.

Congratulations, Your iPad is successfully iCloud removed.

If you need to place an iPad or iPhone  into DFU mode, you can do so with the instructions detailed on this Topic. These instructions will work to put any iPad iPhone model with or without a Home button into DFU mode.

iPad, iPhone 6s and below, iPhone SE and iPod touch

  • Power OFF the device.
  • Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable.
  • Hold down both the Home button and Lock button.
  • After 8 seconds, release the Lock button while continuing to hold down the Home button.
  • If the Apple logo appears, the Lock button was held down for too long.
  • Nothing will be displayed on the screen when the device is in DFU mode. If open, iTunes will alert you that a device was detected in recovery mode.
  • If your device shows a screen telling you to connect the device to iTunes, retry these steps.

iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus

  • Press and hold down the On/Off button on the right side.
  • While continuing to hold the On/Off button, press and hold the volume down button on the left side of your iPhone.
  • Hold both buttons as the screen turns off, and keep holding them until the screen turns back on and displays the Apple logo.

 iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro

  1. Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable.
  2. Quick-press the Volume Up button
  3. Quick-press the Volume Down button
  4. Hold down the Side button until the screen goes black, then hold down both the Side button and Volume Down button
  5. After 5 seconds, release the Side button while continuing to hold down the Volume Down button.
    • Nothing will be displayed on the screen when the device is in DFU mode. If open, iTunes will alert you that a device was detected in recovery mode.
    • If your device shows a screen telling you to connect the device to iTunes, retry these steps.


    Exit DFU mode

    If you want to Exit DFU mode on iPad, iPhone 6s and below, iPhone SE and iPod touch
    , press the Home and Power buttons and hold them until the Apple logo displays on your device.
    • For iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus: hold down the Side button and Volume Down button until the device reboots.
    • For iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X: quick-press the Volume Up button, then quick-press the Volume Down button, then hold down the Side button until the device reboots.
